Otitis media with effusion (OME) is the long-term deposition of mucus in middle ear cleft. It leading cause childhood hearing loss and a common infection. can impair communication life quality. OME's direct indirect costs are also crucial. Improving OME care This study examines intranasal mometasone's efficacy treating otitis effusion. A clinical trial was conducted during period from January 2021 to June 2022. included 80 patients suffering bilaterally (160 ears) who had an intact tympanic membrane tympanometry type B. These were only if they change or noted by parents patient he she could complain for three months more. split into two groups. Group ears (40 patients) got one puff mometasone furoate nasal spray each nostril every day months, B seawater same period.
